Yorktown Elementary School PTA

 Help spread kindness and confidence as a volunteer with the Wildcats Pawsitivity Club, a small-group mentorship program designed to uplift and encourage our students. We’re looking for volunteers to help facilitate weekly or biweekly sessions. No experience needed. Just 30 minutes a week and the desire to make a positive impact!

Spring is almost here, and that means it’s time for our Health & Wellness Event! We’re starting to build our volunteer team and would love your support. This event is always a great way to promote healthy habits and bring our school community together.

If you’re willing to lend a hand, big or small,  please let us know! More information will be shared soon.

We’re excited to host our upcoming CultureFest, a celebration of the diverse cultures that make up our school community! We’re looking for volunteers to help with activities, food coordination, set-up, and event support. If you’d like to share your culture or help make this event a success, we’d love to have you involved! The exact date is TBD, but will likely be in May. 

Give our amazing teachers a well-deserved break by volunteering for lunch or recess duty! You’ll help supervise students, keep things running smoothly, and be a friendly, positive presence during one of their favorite parts of the day. 

Mrs. White is looking for parent volunteers to help in the library! The primary task is shelving books that students have returned. No experience is needed. 

Volunteer times are flexible, and you can choose the day, time, and frequency that work best for your schedule.
